Kennedy joined Martin & Hillyer Associates in 2012 after articling with the firm. He practises civil litigation with an emphasis on plaintiff personal injury and automobile insurance litigation. He obtained his undergraduate degree in political science from McGill University in 2007, and his LL.B. from the University of Windsor in 2011.
