The lawyers and staff at Martin & Hillyer are incredibly proud of Claire Wilkinson’s election to bench of the Law Society of Ontario. Claire is one of 40 lawyers across the province that has been elected by her colleagues to fulfill this role for the next four years. In brief, benchers are part of the board of directors of the Law Society and work to ensure lawyers and paralegals in Ontario are properly regulated and acting within the best interests of the public.
