Michaela is a member of the Law Societies of Ontario, British Columbia, and Alberta. Her legal career is complemented by her early experience working in various capacities within the insurance industry. This unique background has provided Michaela with an in-depth understanding of both sides of insurance disputes, which she leverages to achieve favorable outcomes for her clients.

Throughout her career, Michaela has developed expertise in a broad range of legal areas. She began her practice handling personal injury cases, including motor vehicle accidents, farm injuries, and slip and fall claims. In recent years, she has focused predominantly on long-term disability, life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment, and employment law. Michaela’s experience representing both employees and employers in employment matters underscores her versatility and comprehensive understanding of the field.
